Originally built as an orphanage for Chinese boys nearly 90 years ago, Windrush School sits atop a hill on a four acre site in El Cerrito. After developing a Master Plan for the campus, the Phase 1 project was developed. This project added to the existing gymnasium building to create additional middle school classrooms and an interim library.
